**The Role**

We’re currently looking for a Personal Assistant to provide advanced high level administrative support to the Network Director of Nursing & Midwifery Services (NDNMS), and the Deputy Director of Nursing & Midwifery - Custodial Health (DDNM-CH). The Personal Assistant to the Deputy Director of Nursing and Midwifery will:

- Require a high degree of flexibility and organisational skills to manage time sensitive issues and multiple tasks on a regular basis.
- Be required to interpret and process complex, confidential and/or sensitive information as part of their daily activity.
- Require clear and effective communication and liaison with executives, senior managers, and administration staff to achieve timely and quality completion of actions in a manner that upholds the Network’s brand.

- Demonstrated experience and expertise in personal assistant and/or administrative support roles, including diary management and secretariat capability
- Proven highly developed written, verbal and telephone communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office suite of programs and administration of database systems, particularly records management
- Demonstrated organisational and problem solving skills, including prioritisation of tasks, and coordination of complex requests within stated timeframes
- Demonstrated experience in preparation of complex correspondence, briefs, letters, minutes and reports
- Demonstrated ability to develop, maintain and review work-related procedures
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with others, including internal and external stakeholders, and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated understanding and commitment to the values of the Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network.
