**A Day in the Life**

This role will work closely with our branch network providing advice and implementing a range of learning initiatives designed to build capability across the entire national network. You will need to have a strategic focus whilst not being afraid to get your hands dirty. As part of the learning and development and broader HR team, you play a key role in creating a dynamic learning culture. The purpose of this role is to identify and execute learning and development initiatives, at all levels, across various roles within the business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with the Subject Matter Experts to identify and implement learning initiatives
- Build training material for implementation both face to face and virtually
- Run workshops on the content you have designed, across the country and virtually
- Coach, mentor and advise at various levels across the business

**Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications**
- Agile to work in both reactive and proactive environments
- Content design experience using different training methodologies
- Strong facilitation skills both face to face and virtually
- Experience in building and delivering either (or both) sales and leadership training in a corporate environment advantageous
- Happy to travel interstate when required
