**Opportunity snapshot**
The Edison Digital & Data(Digital & Data) Learning specialist is responsible for partnering with business stakeholders translating the D&D strategy and business needs to deliver measurable business impact. Determining the learning needs and working with internal and external vendors to identify/source/develop capability uplift material, input in the design and build any Digital & Data learning content or pathways for Edison Academy. They will identify/ facilitate and lead the creation of innovative pathways and content for capability development, leadership development and technical training, aligned to the D&D strategy & Edison requirements. They will advise on best practice design, facilitation and delivery methods and partner with stakeholders to determine the most effective approach to meet business needs and desired outcomes and play an active role in the overall design and development of capability frameworks, content and pathways relating to Digital & Data Literacy. The Edison learning specialist will manage & administer the Edison platform (BOLD) and work with key stakeholders to align on other programs and learning resources.
**If you are successful, you will have the opportunity to**:
- Manage the development and delivery of learning programs and content (creation, production and publication) in line with business capability needs
- Strong working relationship with Elementary learning team to ensure alignment and supporting the maturity of data literacy
- Working with the Edison team ensuring all capability development initiatives support strategic objectives & and priorities
- Manage internal stakeholder relationships to assess the current capability needs of the business and ensure successful achievement of capability requirements
- Coordinate the process of continuous improvement across content and user experience based on employee feedback, digital trends and internal requirements
- Manage external vendors in relationship to the build of learning materials
- Determine the business challenges and contribute to ideas that will resolve key capability gaps
- Continuously implement innovative learning delivery practices through utilising new and emerging technologies to develop radically simple, relevant, and personalised learning experiences
- Facilitate the design, development and critiquing of learning content
- Ensure learning content is delivered on time and on budget
- Implement quality standards and report on appropriate measurement indications, including performance and return on investment metrics
- Manage the Edison Academy within the LXP (BOLD) including Administration tasks, managing members, curation of content and learning pathways
- Work collaboratively with APAC Learning Leads
- You may also carry out any other duties reasonably requested by Bupa from time to time. (Not to be removed)
**To be successful in this role, you should have**:
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline preferred (emphasis on instructional design, facilitation, adult learning, organisation development, educational technology, or related academic discipline)
- Experience project managing the design and development of learning programs/content, videos, webinars, workshops, blended learning and printed reference materials, and the understanding of where each learning modality is best applied.
- 2 years’ experience improving capability development services that measurably improved employee experience and capability
- Experience and exposure to capability development technologies, both current and emerging
