Culture Amp is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help bring to life a critical AI product and capability. It's a role for someone who thrives working with cutting edge of technology and is eager to make a significant impact across our full suite of products. As a Senior Product Manager, and as part of a highly skilled and truly cross-functional team, you will be instrumental in driving the roadmap of this advanced AI capability. You will have the unique opportunity of collaborating with teams across the breadth of our platform to help enable the evolving needs of our customers.

To excel in this role, you must possess a strong customer-centric mindset, characterized by curiosity and empathy. Your ability to manage stakeholders effectively and collaborate across teams will be crucial in driving success.

What you'll spend your time doing:

1. Working with the team's People Scientist, Product Designer and the User Research practice to discover and validate the needs of our customers and users to discover and enhance product market fit
2. Working with Engineering and Data Science team members to understand and assess the technical tradeoffs in the space, so as to find the pragmatic path to the right solution at the right time
3. Owning the roadmap for the team, making prioritization decisions, and creating artefacts that communicate the 'why' behind investment decisions and the 'what' of solutions
4. Collaborating with those across the Product Group, Security, Legal, People Science and others around the business to deliver AI responsibly
5. Driving collaboration with other product teams to build toward an envisioned future state for Culture Amp's platform
6. Work closely with GTM to enable Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to successfully launch, iterate and drive adoption of the product
7. You'll be working collaboratively with a cross-functional team and be supported by strong specialist and technical expertise. Given the remit, you will also need to collaborate with other product managers, design and technical leads to align on the highest-impact opportunities

What you'll potentially bring to the table:

1. A minimum of 5 years experience in product management (or similar)
2. Your experience delivering AI products will be essential for success in this role
3. Experience developing and bringing new products to market is advantageous
4. Strong communication skills to align a diverse set of stakeholders on your vision and strategy
5. Research skills to systematically collect qualitative and quantitative inputs, draw on sharp analytical skills, intuition and empathy to find non-obvious patterns, and distill it all into actionable insights
6. Technically conversant with experience collaborating closely with Engineering and Data Science
7. Have a strong interest in building and delivering platform capabilities that enable and multiply the value of the work of other teams
8. You are deeply curious and passionate about people and culture. At heart, you're what we call a people geek
