As the Stand-Alone Payroll Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of their payroll processes, handling a wide range of responsibilities from start to finish. **Responsibilities**:
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, including payroll administration, timekeeping, and employee benefits.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain payroll records, handle employee inquiries, and resolve any payroll-related discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll functions.
- Implement and streamline payroll policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
**The Successful Applicant**:
To be a successful applicant, you will have:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of payroll practices, legislation, and compliance.
- Proficient knowledge of payroll software and excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, ensuring deadlines are met consistently.
