As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Temporary Payroll Officer to join their dynamic team for a temporary contract.

As a Temporary Payroll Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end payroll functions, including data entry, reconciliations, payroll adjustments, and compliance with relevant regulations.


Responsibilities:

  • Process endtoend payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Accurately input payroll data, including timesheets, new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and deductions, into the payroll system.
  • Perform reconciliations of payrollrelated accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Calculate and process various payroll adjustments, such as overtime, bonuses, commissions, and benefits.
  • Respond to payrollrelated queries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure accurate employee data and smooth payroll operations.

The Successful Applicant:

To be successful applicant, you will have:

  • Experience as a Payroll Officer or similar role
  • Solid understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and employment legislation.
  • Proficient in using payroll software and systems
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and calculations.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
