Total Tools Taren Point is looking for a part-time
Bookkeeper with demonstrated experience in accounts and payroll. You will be a motivated and knowledgeable professional, with the ability to build lasting relationships. You will be responsible for assisting with accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable functions, and ensuring payroll is processed in a timely manner.
What will you be doing?
- End to end processing of accounts payable and receivable
- Handling general payroll account / administration duties
- Updating and maintaining records
- Processing invoices and issuing payments
- Maintaining and monitoring accounts
- Supporting customer service standards where appropriate to the role; including handling internal & external customer and supplier enquiries

- Proven experience in accounting, payroll and accounts
- Unparalleled attention to detail, with a keen eye for data analysis
- Exceptional MS Excel ability, with Pronto experience highly regarded
- Ability to build genuine, longterm relationships
- High accuracy of data entry and data management
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and a phenomenal teammate
- Comfortable with technology computer literacy is a must
