Now Careers is currently seeking an experienced project coordinator working within the precast industry. This is an excellent opportunity to progress in your career, working for on of NSW's largest precast tilt up panel manufacturers based in Western Sydney.

**PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE**
The Project Coordinators primary job purpose is to manage activities involving all facets of the project life cycle, from tender through to project close out. This includes, but is not limited to, estimation of new jobs, contract administration of jobs won and ensuring customer’s requirements are met.

**KEY ACCOUNTATBILITIES & RESPONSIBILIES**
Responsible for but not limited to:

- Ensuring that all activates are inline and compliant with the National Harmonisation Legislation and Evolution Precast Systems Occupational Health and Safety Management System
- Compiling accurate estimates and written quotations.

Following up of submitted estimates and notifying the General Manager of any projects won by the relevant builders.
- Develop relationships with customers to generate repeat business and loyalty
- Quotes are submitted in-full and on-time as per customer’s requirements.
- Communicating project requirements to all facets of the business to ensure that our customers requirements are achieved.
- Setting and monitoring project timelines and issuing extension of times are issued when applicable.
- Notifying all departments when project requirement change
- Setting and monitor of all project budgets.
- Issuing and following up project variations
- Raise purchase orders for all works responsible to you.
- Maintain the “Panel Schedule” daily in conjunction with customer requirements.
- Ensure all ITP’s are signed-off and maintained in the system.
- Ensure that projects are delivered in line with customer expectations, agreed contract and to a high professional standard at all times.
- Develop, maintain and manage ISO 9001 accreditation
- Raise NCR’s where required
- Actively participate, develop and implement Operational Excellence within the business.
- Drive and assist positive change with process improvement initiatives throughout the business.
- All records are kept and organised for each project in a standard visible format
- Ensure all projects are consistent with compliancy policies.

**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**
- Number of quotes submitted, revenue and margin
- Project budget against actual
- Compliance with internal procedures and policies
- Customer Complaints are dealt with in a timely manner.
