**About the Organisation**:
Youth Insearch is Australia’s most effective peer-led youth trauma recovery organisation. The program empowers young people aged 12 to 25 to turn their disadvantages into their advantages and enables them to reach their full potential. Since establishing in 1985, Youth Insearch has supported 32,000 at-risk youth to overcome their trauma.

**About the Organisation**:
The Fundraising Coordinator is a new and critical role for the organisation that reports to the General Manager, Marketing & Development. This position is responsible for the implementation and ongoing management of campaigns that tell a compelling story to help recruit supporters, as well as retain and upgrade current supporters.

In this role, you will also contribute to the stewardship of donors and play a key role in implementing annual giving and community fundraising initiatives.

This is an incredibly exciting time of growth for the organisation, and with that this role will be pivotal in driving the success of campaigns across multiple channels, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign results are achieving the targets required.

This role is seeking a proactive, hands-on fundraiser who can demonstrate strong project management and attention to detail skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the General Manager, Marketing & Development and the development team to oversee implementation of annual giving, workplace giving and community fundraising campaigns across digital, direct mail, face-to-face and phone
- End-to-end campaign planning, reporting, coordination and administration, including working with external suppliers
- Ensure campaigns are developed and delivered on time, within budget and in line with the Youth Insearch brand and key messaging
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and Marketing Communications Coordinator to devise powerful stories that drive direct response and donor loyalty
- Integrate the findings from data and analytics into ongoing donor communications and acquisition activities
- Manage community fundraising administration, including maintaining accurate and comprehensive records in Salesforce NPSP platform, processing donations and routine donor communications

**Skills & Experience**:

- Proven knowledge in fundraising, ideally in implementing campaigns to consumer markets across any of the following areas: community fundraising, regular giving, events and/or appeals
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent in marketing, business or other relevant field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Proven planning, organisation and time management skills
- Administrative and event management experience
- Operational knowledge of databases and CRM - Salesforce NPSP preferred
- Knowledge and or passion of the social services and mental health industry is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, be proactive and, think outside the box
- A passion and interest in working for a NFP supporting young people
