**The Challenge**

We seek an enthusiastic HR Operations professional ready to embrace the challenge of leading through a period of complex and exciting change.
**About the role**
The HR Services team provides operational support to employees and managers across a number of key functions including
- Compliance & Risk Management
- EBA Queries and Advice
- Contract Variation Support
- Organisational Structural Management
As Austin Health People & Culture transform our digital HR system and service offering, the HR Operations Lead will be instrumental in strategising, crafting and implementing best practice procedures and processes across the HR Services portfolio.
**About you**
To be successful in this role you'll bring with you:
- Leadership skills and team building ability/aptitude
- Possession of a relevant tertiary qualification: Human Resources or Commerce
- Solid HR administration/payroll skills as well as an understanding of general Human Resources issues and employment related legislation
- Strong HR systems skills preferably in SAP Success Factors and rostering systems (ideally UKG Dimensions)
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to work constructively to define and address issues.
- Extensive knowledge of Health industry awards and EBAs.
