About the Role

Austin Health is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruitment Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Recruitment Operations Department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our internal hiring manager network and ensuring that Austin Health is well-positioned to attract key talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and guide hiring managers in relation to Recruitment Requisitions and the use of the HRIS
  • Provide expert advice on job advertising best practice - both ad copy and advertising channels
  • Accurately generate and check employment contracts that are consistent with the relevant Enterprise Agreement classification structure
  • Provide expertise, insights, and improvement ideas to support decentralized recruitment activities and initiatives
  • Monitor relevant HR compliance issues and undertake checks/audits on a periodic basis
