We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team.

We are proud of the recognition and praise from our clients for our brand and high-quality service offering across technology and project delivery and due to current growth, we now require a Melbourne based Client Relationship Manager to manage several existing, well-established accounts.
A breadth to your I.T knowledge is required; however, it will be your entrepreneurial nature, drive and resilience that will see you merge perfectly into our company.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key influencers within a client’s business, to generate a shared understanding of the business’s requirements.
- Secure new and repeat business by identifying opportunities and delivering solutions
- Identify client requirements and devise appropriate action plans to resolve
- Work as an effective and respected member of our team.
**Qualities that will assist consideration**:
- A proven history demonstrating the ability to identify, engage, retain, and grow a portfolio of existing customers
- Demonstrated understanding of the Information Technology industry
- Enthusiasm for business
- Proven passion for Customer Service
