A global training and development company based in Australia is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join their team.

As Client Relationship Manager (CRM) this role is to develop and manage the initial stages of a new client relationship as well as nurturing and maintaining the existing client relationships.

This role will do this by supporting the Business Development Team (BD), which can be the initial phases of lead creation or helping move the lead through the opportunity stages in the sales funnel.


Working as part of a dynamic team, the CRM is a key holder of the client experience; as a main touch point between us and our clients, we rely on this position to be proactive and putting yourself into the shoes of the client, understanding their business and specifically their people development needs with every interaction.

The CRM is also responsible for our executive coaching clients.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Managing the lead process in Salesforce and Trello, overseeing Leads and collaborating with the Business Development (BD) team to nurture leads and sales opportunities.
  • Converting leads to opportunities in Salesforce, providing regular updates on opportunity status.
  • Scheduling and actively participating in client meetings across different time zones to maintain relationships.
  • Handling sales administration tasks, including proposal assistance, client setup, and document management.
  • Collaborating with Finance to manage purchase orders and payments.
  • Planning and coordinating program dates, debriefs, and group coaching calls.
  • Managing the Statement of Work (SoW) process for won projects.
  • Overseeing the Executive Coaching process and facilitating client relationships.

Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

  • Essential_
  • Minimum 4 year's experience in a clientfacing or clientsupporting role.
  • Previously an EA to the CEO preferably in the Sales space
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills across all levels.
  • Demonstrated relationshipbuilding skills across various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, Dropbox, and Apple products.
  • Advanced administrative, analytical, and problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent multitasking and organisational skills.
  • Ability to make quick and effective commercial decisions.
  • Customercentric approach with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Track record of project management.
  • Experience within the coaching and/or education industry.
