What will your day look like?
As an Acquisition and Recruitment Manager, you are accountable for
Supporting the business to establish a streamlined, consistent recruitment process, including standardised assessment criteria, timelines and stakeholder engagement.
Support existing franchisees to grow their businesses by developing templates and guidelines for successful hiring of loan writers and administration support staff.
To achieve business growth via territory occupancy rates across the network
Maintain and optimise our Franchisee value proposition and supporting marketing collateral to stay relevant and competitive in the hiring market.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Project management - The ability to plan, execute and manage recruitment projects, to deliver on specific KPIs within determined timeframes
Recruitment
- experience managing a complex and high-volume internal recruitment requirements
Communication - the ability to clearly communicate key information both written and verbally
Stakeholder management - Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, working with senior stakeholders to deliver results.
Interpersonal skills - including the ability to influence.
Reporting capability - provide reporting to relevant stakeholders on recruitment activity, data, metrics & KPIs on a regular basis
