**What You Will Be Doing**

You will be providing exemplary customer service skills, along with proficient switchboard and office duties experience. You will be supporting the Medical Imaging department scheduling and registering appointments, in a faced past environment along with processing and returning to Medical records Hub. You will be required to understand and complete cashier duties with accuracy and attention to detail and providing access to Rosebud Hospital staff as required and other clerical duties required.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Proven customer service skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Reception and administration skills, with high level of autonomy.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint) or similar and be confident learning new systems.
- Basic medical terminology
- Understanding of privacy and confidentiality obligations.
- Ability to prioritise and follow Peninsula Health guidelines
