**About the job**

Our Nutrien Ag Solutions **2024 Graduate Program** will provide the skills and training you need to be a future leader or technical expert within the agricultural industry in Human Resources and/or Communications. The program is designed for top talent who seek a performance-based culture that is built on integrity, safety, inclusion, and results.

Commencing in February 2024, our 24-month program will see you will join a cohort of other ambitious graduates and see you involved in four leadership and skill-building workshops, receive on the ground training, and have three mentors assigned to you to provide ongoing support. The Graduate Program is based on a robust learning model and will see you adding value as a full-time ongoing employee from day one; doing real work and delivering real results.

Designed to broaden your knowledge of how an agribusiness operates, the 24-month program includes:

- **Accelerated learning opportunities** to kick start your career in agriculture
- **Professional networking opportunities** to allow you to socialize with your peers and leaders across the business.
- **Professional development opportunities** to grow your business, communication, problem-solving and data-analysis skills.
- **Rotational program **throughout communications/corporate affairs team & human resources team to give you experience across a range of projects, initiatives and functions
- **Support from business and industry leaders** to develop personally and professionally.

To be considered for the 2024 Graduate Program, you will graduate prior to the commencement of the 2024 program or no longer than 3 years ago with a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Management, or a relevant field.

- You will demonstrate a willingness to learn, a proactive approach, strong communication skills and a passion for agriculture.
- You will be able to demonstrate customer service, problem solving and leadership capabilities.
