Due to an internal movement within our team, we have an exciting opportunity for an energetic talent people leader to join Nutrien, reporting to the Head of Talent and Capability and leading a team of three talent business partners.

We are looking for an agile and curious learner, with strong business acumen who is a natural relationship builder. Our ideal team member has a depth of recruitment experience to enable them to execute the 2024 talent attraction plan, and lead and coach our high performing talent team. We want a team player who is passionate about elevating our employer brand in the marketplace and strengthening our partnerships with key sectors such as education and agriculture. Key responsibilities include (you may not have all these skills, but if you think you’d be great for this role, we’d love to hear from you):

- Execute and deliver the 2024 talent attraction plan (which is aligned to the strategic HR plan and organisational capability and talent strategy);
- Partner with the executive leadership team and senior leaders to support corporate recruitment;
- Lead, coach and inspire three talent Business Partners to deliver TA strategy aligned to business strategy;
- Establish and maintain external recruitment agency and vendor relationships
- Travel will be required from time to time, to attend relevant industry and University events throughout the year;
- Analyse external labour market, talent trends and internal data to influence hiring decisions and ensure the TA operating model is aligned to best practice and market conditions; and
- Drive a team culture of continuous improvement, utilising success factors to reduce administration and streamline processes.

- Experience in a Talent Acquisition leadership role in a large and complex organisation;

- Experience utilising HRIS, ATS/AMS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools;
- Demonstrate a passion for providing the highest level of customer service
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills; and
- Experience leading projects that may relate to early careers, sourcing, or system improvements.
