A key focus is needed on account reconciliation and sales data extraction.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Extracting payroll data from Employment Hero payroll system and Hero sales system to format sales bonuses and payments for Payroll Officer.
- Extracting payroll and sales data to calculate wage vs commission percentages to provide weekly reports to management and senior managers.
- Daily recollection of all transactions across the Australian store network.
- Daily contact with managers and sales staff to understand and rectify any issues arising from the previous end-of-day cash out from branches.
- Extract and compile weekly product reports for products sold across the network.
- Assist in the preparation of documents and reports, including proofreading, formatting, and editing.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings for the executive team.
- Coordinate and manage schedules and calendars for executives and staff.
- Support HR department in scheduling interviews and onboarding processes.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Experience and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with additional education or certification in office administration preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

The role is based in Byron Bay. Locals to the Northern Rivers, NSW are encouraged to apply.

**Salary**: $29.38 - $35.00 per hour
