**The Opportunity**

This real estate agency consists of a young dynamic team of property management, sales staffs and Directors with broad experience in the industry. As the longest running real estate agency in Victoria, with over 165 years of experience, their history has not only shaped their business but has left a significant impact on the real estate industry in Victoria. **The Role**

With a commitment to excellence and a track record of success, we're excited to expand our team with motivated individuals who are ready to make their mark.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of approximately 150 properties. You will collaborate closely with leasing agents and receive dedicated admin support to streamline your tasks. Your role will be enriched by your familiarity with PropertyME and Inspection Express - essential tools in delivering top-notch property management services.

Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining positive tenant relationships, conducting inspections, managing maintenance requests, and optimizing occupancy rates.

**What We're Looking For**:
**Experience**:Minimum of 12-18 months in the real estate industry

**Software **Proficiency: Familiarity with PropertyME and Inspection Express is essential

**Certification**:Agents Representative Certificate

**Driver's License**:Current and valid driver's license is required

**Vehicle**:A reliable car for property visits and inspections

**Skills**:Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

**Work Ethic**:A proactive attitude and a drive for delivering outstanding customer service

**Team Player**:Ability to work collaboratively with leasing agents and administrative support
