Our client is a growing provider of real estate services specializing in commercial property and FM. They are leaders in diversity and inclusion with active committees and encourage a voice for all. **The Opportunity**:
As a Commercial Property Manager, you will oversee a mixed portfolio of assets including commercial, retail, land, and some minor residential.

**Your focus will be to generate profits and maximize returns of the portfolio, involving the following**:

- Day-to-day property and tenancy management in accordance with business procedures and protocol;
- Representing the Client in respect to ownership and tenancy issues that arise;
- Managing all relevant documentation, maintaining the lease register, and ensuring that the property database maintains current information;
- Ensuring data integrity in the nominated property management system
- Assisting in the procurement of valuations and leasing services and managing leasing for vacant areas as directed by the client;
- Undertaking routine and ingoing/outgoing property inspections as required.

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- 2/3 years+ experience in retail/commercial property management with an appreciation of the Retail Tenancies Act.
- You will demonstrate a positive attitude and team focus.
- You will have confident communication skills and be able to have difficult conversations with tenants confidently.
- Concise and accurate, great attention to detail, and strong time management.
- A real “doer” who gets in and gets things done.
- Curious and eager to continue learning.
