**About the Business**:
Lotus Commercial is a commercial kitchen service business with 30 years' experience servicing the hospitality industry and corporate businesses. Services include kitchen filter exchange, canopy and exhaust cleaning.
**The Opportunity**:
Lotus Commercial is growing and looking for a scheduling coordinator with administration experience to join our team. Based at Malaga this is an exciting opportunity for someone that has previous service coordination and scheduling experience, has a keen eye for detail, great communication and customer service skills. The position will report to the WA Manager.
**Responsibilities**:
- Have exposure to tele calling customers, ensuring the effective and efficient scheduling of jobs for customers in accordance with agreed service schedules
- Edit existing and new customer details in operating system (Simpro)
- Ensure all changes are documented on the roster each day. (e.g. Employee sick days, customer cancellation, job notes, access requirements and inductions)
- Support operational resources in the creation and maintenance of service schedules.
- Liaise with operational resources to process and administer short-term changes to the operational service schedule.
- Ensure customer specifics, access keys and security codes are current and with technicians for each job.

- **Self-motivation;** Organised with ability to monitor own progress, focusing on results.
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Malaga, WA 6090: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
