**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for the role, we are looking for a bubbly, enthusiastic customer service specialist with:

- Experience in a CSO role.
- Strong understanding of industry culture.
- Experience with XPLAN preferred
- Proven administration experience in the financial services industry
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Always demonstrate initiative and self-motivation
- A proactive and analytical approach to problem solving
- Demonstrate commitment to quality and teamwork
- Ability to work unsupervised

**What you'll get in return**
