**THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US**
- Ability to work under pressure, working to tight deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources/Business Management or a related discipline (essential)
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, effectively plan and be proactive in all facets of the role
- Demonstrated leadership, collaboration and creative thinking skills coupled with excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Fashion Retail (desirable, not essential)
- Creative, resourceful and pragmatic with a positive ‘can do’ and solution-focused attitude
- Experience dealing in fast paced environments
- Ability to flex between strategic and transactional detail
