What's on offer?


We are looking to appoint an experienced Safety Advisor to join our Beaconsfield & Officer Level Crossing Removal project team in Melbourne's South-East suburbs.

This role will play a key part in the successful delivery of the project, In addition there is opportunities over the coming years to deliver many more technically complex projects as the business grows.


As a Safety Advisor, you will:

  • Develop and implement SEQ related plans and procedures i.e. SWMS, EMPS etc.
  • Conduct safety assessments and SEQ audits
  • Drive and champion a culture that is focused on the pillars of safety, environment & quality
  • Report incidents, nonconformances and near misses and coordinate/participate in investigations as required
  • Use safety systems to meet reporting requirements (monthly reports, objectives & targets)

How you will connect to the role:

  • SEQ professional with sound industry experience
  • Strong understanding of AS/NZS ISO 14001, AS/NZS ISO 9001 and AS/NZS 480
  • Sound systems development, implementation and management experience
  • A strong commitment to our Living Safely culture
  • Ability to travel to provide support to our metro and regional teams
  • Proactive selfstarter with exceptional communication skills
  • Diploma in OHS (preferred but not essential)
