Our client, a well established not for Profit Organisation in Regional New South Wals, has an excellent opportunity for a Social worker to lead and develop a Counselling Program for young People in both a School and community setting. You will have experience in formulating treatment plans, specific to individuals, based on an analysis of complex factors and an implementation of appropriate conceptual and theoretical models.

This is a role that will suit an Independent and autonomous professional with an ability to work with limited supervision, have excellent time management skills, and manage competing demands, often to tight deadlines. You will be asked to contribute to the development of the service, participate in on going professional development, and represent the organisations in a number of community development and networking forums.

Qualifications and Experience:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Social Work/Psychology or equivalent Human Services discipline.

2. Have current registration with AHPRA/AASW/Relevant Counselling Organisations

3. Experience in the delivery of both individual and group counselling

4. Experience working with young people and adolescents

5. Well-developed consultation skills to work within a multidisciplinary team

6. Excellent networking skills across Government and Non Government Service Provisions.

7. Willingness to Travel to regional locations within the area.

8. Current NSW Drivers Licence

9. Valid WWCC or willing to obtain.

10. Current National Police Clearance.

This position is only available for applicants who have the right to live and work in Australia.

**Salary**: $98,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
