This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a dynamic and fast-growing fund. This is an exciting time to join as you engage with our members guiding and directing their broader financial wellbeing. A unique opportunity to represent HESTA in Geelong, Ballarat and the Western suburbs of Melbourne as a Superannuation Specialist. This role will be based at our Melbourne head office however there will be regular travel across these regional locations.

Reporting to the Manager - Advice, this role is all about engaging with our fabulous members guiding and directing them with practical, professional help on all things super. You’ll build and develop relationships with key organisations and members to promote our products and services. You will provide (limited) personal advice and deliver group seminars and workshops to empower individuals with knowledge to enhance their financial literacy.

To put yourself at the front of the line for this exciting role, you’ll have experience in a similar role providing education and/or advice to members or clients, perfected in financial services. You’ll have outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

**About you**

You will:

- Have experience as financial planner or superannuation adviser and be registered & recognised as an existing adviser on the ASIC Financial Advice Register
- Need to successfully complete FASEA exam
- Hold a current drivers licence and access to a motor vehicle for travel purposes
- Have excellent stakeholder management skills and nothing phases you.
- Be confident presenting in front of an audience
