**We are opening a brand-new restaurant in Parramatta and are looking for a Reservations & Guest Services Host to join our opening team and be the face of the venue. **As the first point of contact for our restaurant, be the one to stand out with your exceptional customer service and high attention to detail.

**This is a part time position, offering between 20-30 hours per week on a rotating roster.**

The successful applicants will have:

- A minimum of 1 years' experience in guest services within the restaurant, hotel or tourism industry
- Experience in function booking and coordination (SevenRooms)
- Previous experience in an A La Carte environment an advantage
- Cash handling experience
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- A genuine passion for food, people and the overall hospitality experience
- Current RSA certificate
- Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
- Attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Flexible availability over a 7 day rotating roster
