**You'll be responsible for**:

- Dealing with a high volume of interactions and ensuring high accuracy at all times
- Ensuring all payments are made within related regulatory frameworks, guidelines and timeframe
- Ensuring daily individual targets are achieved
- Accurate and timely entering of details of new claims into our system, with attention to spelling, grammar and correct injury coding

**Important to your success**:

- You will demonstrate great accuracy and data entry skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to process quickly and accurately
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Competence in Microsoft Office products including Windows, Word, Excel and Lotus Notes
- Customer Service experience
