Our solution of services, encompassing hotel/ apartment cleaning as well as a division of commercial cleaning, provides the outsource market with a real alternative to the competition.

Yes Hospitality Group is looking for an Office Coordinator to join its team. The Office coordinator will be responsible for managing and leading the team and complying with YHG's standards.

We are currently recruiting for a permanent part-time Office Coordinator role that is available in a 5-star hotel.

Our client is based in Melbourne, CBD and Scoresby. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to expand and secure their career in the hospitality industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for daily signing in and out of all worksheets and all keys to associates
- Control rooms cleaning flow and return
- Allocation of rooms for staff
- Ensure that any complaints are dealt with in a professional manner. Take immediate corrective action and ensure that all complaints are passed onto a supervisor or Housekeeping Manager
- Communicate daily with Front Office, and related departments for all requirements. Ensure that prior work is carried out
- Responsible for providing reports
- Communicate daily with staff members and supervisors information, which is designated from the Housekeeping office.

**What we need from you**
- A minimum 1 year proven experience as a housekeeping coordinator experience in a busy hotel
- Attention to detail
- Experience in working with Oracle Suite 8
- Proven time management skills and the ability to quickly identify issues and find solutions
- A can do attitude
- Fully vaccinated against covid-19

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $24.87 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Office administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
