Receptionist and Office Coordinator for Property Development

About the Role:

This role is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant and motivated team in a leading Australian property development company. The company is known for creating innovative and sustainable projects that enhance the lifestyle of residents while fostering strong community connections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service experience to team members, suppliers, and clients
  • Manage office supplies, maintain admin filing and databases, respond to incoming emails, and maintain overall administration order in the office
  • Manage meeting room bookings, order catering as required, organize gifts and flowers, and perform other ad-hoc administrative duties
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a warm and friendly manner, act as the main point of contact for all visitors, contractors, and employees, and respond to email inquiries and provide information as required
  • Ensure all filing systems in the office are maintained to a high standard and order office supplies to maintain office space, meeting rooms, and kitchen

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service focus and orientation
  • Warm and personal approach, while being polite, courteous, and professional
  • Outstanding organization skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated experience in providing reception and administration support services in a busy environment
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
