Receptionist and Office Coordinator for Property Development

About the Role:
This role is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant and motivated team in a leading Australian property development company. The company is known for creating innovative and sustainable projects that enhance the lifestyle of residents while fostering strong community connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service experience to team members, suppliers, and clients
- Manage office supplies, maintain admin filing and databases, respond to incoming emails, and maintain overall administration order in the office
- Manage meeting room bookings, order catering as required, organize gifts and flowers, and perform other ad-hoc administrative duties
- Answer incoming phone calls in a warm and friendly manner, act as the main point of contact for all visitors, contractors, and employees, and respond to email inquiries and provide information as required
- Ensure all filing systems in the office are maintained to a high standard and order office supplies to maintain office space, meeting rooms, and kitchen
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service focus and orientation
- Warm and personal approach, while being polite, courteous, and professional
- Outstanding organization skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated experience in providing reception and administration support services in a busy environment
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
