About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Southbank, Melbourne. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Senior Leaders, including processing and managing customer and supplier invoices;
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries in a timely and efficient manner;
- Ensure new employees and contractors are inducted to site;
- Manage customer billing and payment processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments;
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to all business lines;
- Maintain office supplies, including stationery and kitchen consumables;
- Organise contractors for work required on site and maintain office and site security access;
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office coordinator role;
- Highly self-motivated and able to work autonomously;
- Positive attitude and exceptional time management and organisational skills;
- Ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders;
