Workplace Coordinator Opportunity

Max Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workplace Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our training delivery team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with employers to secure practical placements for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers to secure practical placements for students
  • Engage with students to assess their eligibility for traineeships and provide support throughout the training delivery process
  • Cold call employers to ensure a continuous pipeline of placement opportunities
  • Meet with students prior to course commencement to understand their needs and barriers to finding placement
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer needs
  • Travel to classes and work placement provider sites in the greater Melbourne area to deliver presentations and maintain relationships

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the training industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge of training programs and compliance with ASQA/SNR regulations
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to establish positive relationships with employers and stakeholders
  • Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to use it effectively
