We are actively seeking a full-time professional to assume the role of a receptionist, clerical - invoicing and receivables and goods handler—both inbound and outbound. Successfully stepping into this position means becoming an integral part of a stellar team comprising six individuals and one happy Border Collie.

**Job Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Extend a warm welcome to visitors and handle incoming calls with finesse.
- Efficiently direct calls or inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Dive into managing bookings and handling sales inquiries, showcasing your multitasking skills.
- Demonstrate your proficiency in clerical tasks, including bookkeeping, data entry, and paperwork management.
- Contribute to the upkeep of the workspace with light housekeeping and minor cleaning duties.
- Manage the logistics of incoming and outgoing goods, including packing, booking freight, and potential involvement in sales.
