Admin/sales Co-ordinator

Clayton, Australia Harcor Security Seals Pty Ltd Full time

We are looking for an experienced person to join our dynamic sales team. Leading industry leader, we specialise in tamper evident products, servicing business and government across Australia and around the world.

Roles:

- Answering Incoming calls, and directing where required
- Processing Sales Orders and Quotations as required
- CRM Management
- Provide support to the sales team
- Liaise with internal staff to ensure customer’s needs are met
- Assisting other co-ordinators and departments if required
- General office duties

**Skills**:

- Previous CRM experience would be beneficial, however training will be provided
- Customer Service or Sales support experience
- Strong work ethic
- Display initiative and willing to learn new processes and product information
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to produce high quality work with meticulous attention to detail
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work well with other people
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritise work, to meet company and customer expectations

We offer:

- Full time role (Hours 8.30-4.30)
- Office located in Clayton - work locally
- Salary commensurate with experience
- Good Transport links

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Clayton, VIC 3168: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
