**About the Role**

The Corporate Planning and Performance Unit collaborates with internal stakeholders to build capability by offering a diverse set of strategic and operational services. These services encompass a wide spectrum of vital business-enabling functions, such as corporate planning, corporate governance, records and information management, business improvement, and services related to the Project Management Office.

The Coordinator Records and Information role provides specialist expertise and works closely with internal stakeholders to embed a consistent approach to document and records management. This position will be responsible for the functional and operational management of the Records and Information Team.

As the Coordinator of Records and Information, you will:

- Provide strategic direction to advance the records and information management functions, steering them towards a contemporary information management environment.
- Coordinate the delivery of the records and information management functions.
- Lead a high-performing team in the day-to-day operations of the records and information management functions.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, in order to implement systems and processes that are optimal in terms of user experience and operational requirements.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience in successfully developing and leading change initiatives in the records and information management domain in medium to large organisations.
- Experience in, and understanding of, the management and delivery of information management services using document management and business collaboration platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team through major change while ensuring the continued smooth operation of daily business activities.
