As a HR Business Partner, you’ll collaborate and work directly with executive and senior leadership to develop high-level people strategies and provide expert consultancy and coaching services.

You’ll lead the implementation of HR initiatives and management of complex HR matters across change management, performance management, talent management, workforce reform and planning, workforce development and other specialist policies and programs.

Our HR Business Partners are the strategic liaison between HR and the business. They are the go-to trusted advisor for all things people related. Join us and be part of a dynamic team that’s making a difference and helping to shape the future of our department.

**Requirements**:
This role is a dual call and is being advertised at the ASO6 and ASO7 classification levels, in which the successful applicant will be appointed at the classification level commensurate with their skills and experience.

No educational qualifications are required for the HR Business Partner.

A relevant degree and/or post graduate qualifications is desirable for the Senior HR Business Partner.

**Details**
Temporary appointment up to 12 months

ASO6 - $97,022 to $102,626 per annum
ASO7 - $106,512 to $115,137 per annum
