  • Analyse workforce needs and support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Lead change projects and support strategic workforce initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention:
  • Collaborate to improve engagement scores and reduce turnover.
  • Implement recognition and reward programs.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management:
  • Prioritise customer outcomes and foster an inclusive culture.
  • Build effective relationships with portfolio leaders.
  • Work Health and Safety (WH&S):
  • Adhere to safety standards and contribute to safety initiatives and incident reporting.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business/Human Resources/Psychology or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Project and/or change management certification highly regarded.
  • Previous experience as an HR practitioner in a business partnership role, with demonstrated ability to engage
stakeholders of all levels.

  • Possess strong research, analytical, decisionmaking, and problemsolving skills.
  • Demonstrate robust business acumen, proficient business writing skills, and a dedication to service and performance excellence.
  • Capable of thriving in highpressure environments and adeptly managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities proactively.
