**Description**:
As the Production and Shipping Manager you will support our development business from both a production and shipping side.

**Key responsibilities in production will include**:

- End-to-end management of our critical path for product development to ensure the team remains on track.
- Liaising with factories on current and go forward business.
- Manage price negotiation and production timelines with factories.
- Work strategically with the Product Manager on supply base planning and allocating.
- Ensure product is on track for confirmed delivery dates.

**Key responsibilities in shipping will include**:

- Strategically working with our factories and shipping companies on ensuring stock is on the correct vessels to ensure our delivery dates.
- Working strategically on shipping consolidations across our supply base.
- Working directly with our shipping companies to ensure we are maximising cost and speed efficiencies.
- Ensuring our warehouse is kept up to date with vessels and are allocating resources and space.
- Ensuring quality standards are met.

**Skills and Experiences**:
To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Previous experience as a Production Manager with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience or as a Production Assistant with 3 years’ experience minimum.
- Knowledge or prior experience working with suppliers from both China and India.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate Excel ability.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in relation to the key criteria
- Salary expectation
