**The Role**:
We are hiring our first Product Designer as we set out to take our biggest bet yet, rethinking the way that creative work is made and making marketing truly multiplayer. We’ll create the interface to power it, even if that means unlinking the occasional component in Figma from time to time.
One of the most common pieces of feedback we hear from our users is, “The product feels so good to use”, and we’re not looking at letting that change anytime soon. We care deeply about the product we’re building, as it’s our way of showing our users that we care about their work. We ship fast but hold a quality bar for everything we deliver.
We're not mindlessly shipping 'design systems' for no real benefit. Every bit of sweat you put in is rewarded—getting into customers' hands as quickly as possible rather than sitting in a series of forgotten artboards, pushed to the next quarter because the business has other priorities.
This is a greenfield opportunity with immense impact. You’ll work directly with our founders to shape a product that thousands of people use to do their best work. If this idea excites you, we would love to hear from you.
**The Details**:
- Run projects end to end with the founding team.
- Design product concepts that balance vision, craft, speed, and business objectives.
- Craft every detail of new product features, from idea to UX to pixel-perfect execution.
- Work with our small, but terrifyingly competent existing technical team to deliver fantastic looking and feeling software (You'd be our first design hire ).
- We'll work collaboratively on outcomes, while giving autonomy to cook. No more 2 hour meetings about button states; we work and ship quick, if it doesn't work, we ship again.
- Culture of delivery, we're focused on winning in this space so we ship rapidly and routinely, getting your hard work in the hands of customers as quickly as we can.
- Decent kit, you'll get an M3 Pro MBP and a 27" 5K display, sit-stand desk, all the good stuff. Good gear makes all the difference in doing high quality work, we’re not going to make you sit on a 5 year old dell laptop and use a 24” display from 2009.
- Our team work FT in our awesome new Surry Hills HQ (great air conditioning).
