**In this role, you'll**:
Take charge of end-to-end product design initiatives including discovery, ideation, interaction design and user interface design.

Strike a balance between customer, business, and stakeholder needs. Champion and gain consensus for designs through collaboration and negotiation.

**About you**
- You have extensive experience working across the end-to-end design process. You are confident in facilitating stakeholder workshops one day and crafting high-fidelity user interfaces the next.
- Proven experience with various UX methodologies to test and validate design concepts.
- Extensive experience collaborating with developers to deliver high-fidelity user interface designs.
- Extensive knowledge of user experience and user interface design principles for both mobile and web including accessibility standards WCAG 2.0.
- Ability to establish relationships and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
- Experience in front-end development will be highly regarded.
