About the Role

“Collaboration, critical thinking, program management and innovative content development?”  

The Program Designer role will see you position work to the benefits of members and CFA and will support the relevant leadership team and managers with ODT.  The role will be ideal for a resilient problem solver and strategic thinker who supports the vision and strategic objectives of CFA.  Your days will be varied and will see you manage the development of high-quality operational doctrine and training materials.  In addition to the specific duties and accountabilities (as outlined in the attached PD), it is highly desirable for the Program Designer to contribute to the skill sets within ODT in one or more of the following areas:

  • Assessment writing
  • VET sector and/or adult education program development
  • Complex project management

About You

The person we are looking for will be Tertiary degree qualified and/or hold a current Training and Assessment Certificate (TAE ) with an understanding of an RTO environment advantageous. 

In addition, you will have demonstrated ability to collaborate and engage with various stakeholders across all levels of CFA along with the ability to work within project frameworks and manage multiple and complex projects at once.
