The More Trains, More Services program will simplify and modernise the rail network creating high capacity, turn up and go services for many customers. It means customers can expect more frequent train services, with less wait times, less crowding on a simpler and more reliable network.
Join the MTMS team as a Project Administrator and provide essential support to our project operations.
**As our Project Administrator, you'll be responsible for**:
- Managing and maintaining project records, ensuring that information is accurate, up-to-date and stored
- Composing status reports relevant to the project's operations, including invoices processed
- Coordinating, tracking, and analysing the purchasing of goods
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, expense claims, maintaining stationary budget, and processing timesheets
- Maintaining project asset registers, as required, and docket registers, assessing and processing schedule of rates claims
- Communicating and liaising with clients, external vendors, subcontractors, and community stakeholders for administrative purposes
- Providing support to colleagues on our systems and programs
- Assisting with month-end financials, such as preparation of accruals and collation of supporting documentation for the auditor
- Requesting, reviewing, and actioning vendor statements for any outstanding invoices
- Assisting and supporting Contract Administrators and Senior Contract Administrator/Quantity Surveyor
- Taking care of the office workspace, mail, and office equipment if required
- Performing all duties in accordance with John Holland policies, processes, reporting, systems, and procedures
