**The Opportunity**
Lotus People are thrilled to be recruiting for one of our most professional and down to earth clients to source a Learning & Events Coordinator. This professional Association boasts a collaborative, intelligent culture and great benefits, this is truly an excellent opportunity to take on a role that will see you making a positive impact within a fantastic industry sector
**The Role**
This opportunity will see you play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operational delivery of learning initiatives including webinars, workshops and mentor programs along with assisting with major events such as the annual conference and awards night. You will work closely in a team of 4 and report into a supportive and experienced Manager.
**The Duties**
- Assist members with registration, payments, troubleshooting, and inquiries related to learning and events.
- Facilitate engaging live webinars and video workshops, ensuring seamless technology operations.
- Monitor and report metrics, such as attendance, finances, and deliverables, proactively addressing any issues.
- Collaborate with suppliers, speakers, and trainers to coordinate training logistics, including travel, venues, catering, and resources.
This is a fantastic role for someone with an interest in L&D and wants to develop their experience further
- A professional approach, maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating personal accountability.
- Strong relationship-building abilities, fostering connections with stakeholders and team members.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and organisational skills to manage various tasks effectively.
