**Role Overview**:
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead their HR department and support the organization's overall strategic goals. As the HR Manager, you will play a critical role in managing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and talent acquisition to employee engagement and development. You will be responsible for creating and implementing HR policies and programs that foster a positive work culture, enhance employee satisfaction, and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns or conflicts.
- Conduct investigations and take appropriate actions in response to employee issues.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and processes.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and employee development.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage the compensation and benefits program, ensuring competitive and fair offerings.
- Conduct regular salary reviews and benchmarking to maintain market competitiveness.
- Compliance and Policies:
- Stay updated with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Create and maintain HR policies and employee handbooks.
- HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Compile HR metrics and data to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Prepare HR reports for management and identify areas for improvement.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (4 years) as an HR Manager or a similar senior HR role.
- Thorough knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Familiarity with performance management and employee development processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems for data management and reporting.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to drive positive change within the organization.
