Home Assist is looking for an Administration Manager to join our passionate and dedicated team.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Manager Home Assist WA, this role is integral to the day-to-day operations of the Service team and the strategic growth of Home Assist. You will work alongside a supportive and encouraging team who are extremely hardworking and passionate to bring our company’s vision and values to life.

You will drive process and procedure through the business, ensuring that our system supports excellent customer service and consistency.

As a data champion you will help us achieve a high level of data integrity and the analysis to provide high level of feedback to all of our stakeholder. With a number of stakeholders to manage, clear data interpretation and the ability to influence will be the basis of success in the role.

The Administration Manager also oversees the Workplace Services team with responsibility for the amazing ABN office buildings in the Perth metro and South West regions.

It is imperative that an exceptional level of communication and customer service is delivered to our clients and stakeholders. Managing the Workplace Services team and a team of administrators to support the customer facing team, great customer service starts with great internal service.

Strong skills with technology platforms such as Microsoft Office and Teams and are ready to learn new CRM systems and other platforms we use from time to time.
