We are currently looking for a **Quality & Risk Manager** to join the team. This is a permanent, fulltime opportunity based in our Bentley office, however travel to our other offices may be required.

**Position Overview**

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will foster a culture of improvement using robust Quality & Risk Management frameworks. Your leadership will guide Quality & Risk initiatives, offering strategic counsel to Executive & Senior Leadership. You will

oversee accreditation cycles, quality enhancements and risk management systems and processes. Through your in-depth knowledge of the business and ability to build strong working relationships, you will embed contemporary, evidence-based practices and evaluation processes across the organisation.

**What’s required?**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or substantial work experience in managing organisational quality and risk systems
- Demonstrated experience in leading, implementing, maintaining, and evaluating Quality Management Systems and executing quality improvement measures including audits
- Proactive problem solving and analytical skills to improve Quality outcomes and mitigate risk
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, particularly in the use of Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Whilst not essential, demonstrable contemporary knowledge of quality and/or risk management within the Community sector would be desirable.
