**About the role**:
As Human Resource Administrator, you will be a key contributor and play an important role in the success of our HR team.

Your focus will be to provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR function. This hands-on role will give you exposure to many facets of HR and will provide you with a great opportunity to utilise your exceptional administrative skills, strong initiative and ability / desire to continually improve processes and efficiencies within the HR support function.

**How you’ll make an impact**
- Work in conjunction with the entire HR team to ensure continuous improvement of our employee experience
- Ensure employee records are up-to-date and confidential
- Update HR documents and policies
- Maintain employee records in D365
- Respond to general enquiries in our HR inbox
- Preparing HR reports and statistics
- Support with annual salary review process
- Maintain knowledge of relevant industry trends and legislation
- Other ad-hoc HR administrative functions, as required

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
- Strong desire to work, engage and contribute within the HR function
- Excellent level of communication skills, both written & verbal
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships, with a range of different people & personalities
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated drive and initiative, with a proactive approach to work
- Personable, genuine style with a ‘positive’ attitude
- IT Savvy, including advanced Excel skills (HR Analytics)
