Our client is an independent, Anglican day and boarding school for boys located in **Claremont.** They have been committed to academic excellence for over 100 years and are renowned for their academic programs, pastoral care, and co-curricular activities. They are currently seeking an experienced and competent **Receptionist** to join their team and provide front desk support to our esteemed school community.

With over 1700 across Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12, they provide a supportive and nurturing environment for all pupils. They offer a wide range of programs and activities including the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme and are dedicated to developing well-rounded young men.

**The Role**
Reporting directly to the Director of Communication and Engagement, you will play a vital role in our client's community. As a receptionist, and utilising your excellent communication skills, you will be responsible for general front-desk duties, including attending to main office visitors, assisting with enrolment enquiries, and operating the main telephone switchboard, CISCO, to manage incoming calls.

Your additional duties may include but are not limited to:

- Cash handling and receiving and receipting of school fees
- Assisting Admissions with prospectus correspondence
- School function ticketing and RSVPs
- Bulk mail out coordination via mail Merge
- This role will operate as a job-share and will see you complete the morning shift. The hours will be _**_8 am to 12:45 pm during school term_**_ and _**_9 am to 4 pm (one week on, one week off) during school holidays. _**
