**About**

Our client Is seeking an exceptional customer service and admin-focused employee to join their award-winning company and support their professional team as well as man the front desk.

This opportunity is for someone looking to spice up their career start their real estate journey. They are also open to real estate professionals looking to take a step back into a slower-paced supportive position.

**The role but not limited to;**
- Answer calls on the main line and connects them to the right team
- Keep the front area, boardroom, and meeting rooms presentable.
- Manage bookings for boardrooms and meeting rooms.
- Key Assistance: Help tenants return and scan keys, and manage key audits.
- Reconcile property marketing and process invoices
- Prepare ledgers for settlement processes.

**The Criteria**
- Keen interest in Real Estate and transferable skills from customer service-related or admin roles.
- Corporate presentation as you are the face and voice of the business
- Brilliant organisation and time management skills
- Articulate phone manner and customer service
- Initiative and a team player
- Tech-savvy, open-minded to try new technology and systems
