**The Role**
An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic, committed and customer service focused Village Administrator to join our team in Claremont WA. This role is on a **Permanent full-time** basis.

Under the guidance of the Village Manager, you will provide friendly and efficient customer service to Village residents and visitors as well as providing administrative support. You will have excellent organisational skills along with attention to detail coupled with the ability to manage competing priorities to ensure all tasks are completed with both accuracy and efficiency.
**Your Background**
- Exceptional front of house and reception experience
- Demonstrated administration experience
- Well-developed computer skills including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Previous experience working with the elderly will be highly regarded
- Experience in accounts payable, processing billing and invoicing is desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A professional, proactive, can-do attitude
- First Aid Certificate (or willing to complete)

**Please note: The successful applicant must complete a Police Check, will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October, with supporting documentation prior to joining.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $55,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
**Experience**:
- MS Office: 5 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 5 years (preferred)
